The Ohio Bailiffs & Court Officers Association was established
in 1976. Its members consist of professional public servants employed by
or serving the judicial branch of government in the courts of Ohio. This
includes those officers holding titles including bailiffs and deputy bailiffs,
court constables, court security officers, deputy sheriffs, probation and other
community corrections officers, police officers, plus related professionals and
other court personnel including administrators, clerks, and judicial officers.
The Association focuses on the professional development of its members through
education, training, networking, and representing the interests of court
officers to the public.
