Founded in 1976, the Ohio Bailiffs and Court Officers Association (OBACOA) brings together professionals from across Ohio’s judicial system, including bailiffs, court constables, probation officers, and other court personnel. The Association is committed to promoting professional growth through education, specialized training, and networking opportunities while advocating for the interests of its members and the communities they serve.

Our conferences provide an opportunity for officers to come together and strengthen their skills, enhance officer safety, and learn from experienced, highly qualified instructors. Through continued education, hands-on training, and collaboration, OBACOA strives to equip its members with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively and better protect the courts, the public, and the communities they serve.
