For the month of January, PoliceOne and PoliceOne Academy are offering their members free access to a 2-hour online course, 'Responding to People with Mental Illness', to provide what they describe as “essential training for officers interacting with those suffering from mental illness.”

This may be a helpful tool to temporarily fill a gap in training needs, supplement existing training, or provide refresher material to trained officers and personnel.
